Hi! I am an illustrator and designer with a focus on publishing, advertising, and editorial projects. Creating connections through visual communication is at the heart of what I do. Rather than sticking with one medium, I try to find the best approach that fits each project. Much of my work is informed by my experiences working with traditional printmaking techniques, hand separating color layers and breaking down the image making process. This has led to designing posters and books in spot color, teaching at the college level along with doing workshops for kids, and visiting as a guest critic/speaker at MICA, Nottingham Trent Unitversity, Umass Dartmouth, SVA, KCAI and many others. Currently I divide my time between publishing projects and looking for birds.
